Prohibited Content
You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this site any content, information or other material that:
• Includes bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code
• Is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic or discriminatory, or could give rise to civil or criminal liability under the laws of India or of any other country that may apply
• Violates or infringes copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other person's proprietary rights
Your Account
delulufashions.in may give you an account identification, a password, or a one-time password sent to your phone, to let you access and use certain parts of this site. Each time a password or identification is used, the person using it is deemed authorised to access and use the site in a manner consistent with these terms, and we have no obligation to investigate the source of that access.
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password or identification assigned to you, whether or not that use is authorised by you, including all communications and all obligations incurred through it. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of your password, your identification, and the phone number linked to your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use, or any other breach or threatened breach of security.
Age
By accepting these terms through your use of the site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please use this site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Licence to Use the Site
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access and use the site by displaying it in your internet browser, for the purpose of shopping only, and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of a third party, except as permitted by us in advance. Any violation of this agreement results in the immediate revocation of that licence without notice to you.
Our Content
Unless permitted by us in advance, all materials that form part of this site — including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and written material, together the "Contents" — are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not make commercial use of any information on the site, or use the site to benefit another business.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this site or any part of it unless expressly permitted by us in writing. Using our product photography to list or advertise goods elsewhere is expressly prohibited, and we will pursue takedowns and legal remedies where necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe that a customer's conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
Content You Submit
When you post a review, send us a photograph or video, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in our marketing, on our website and on our social channels, with attribution to your handle where relevant. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Because of differences between screens, the colours of products may also appear different from those shown on the website. Minor variation in wash, shade or texture between units of the same product is inherent to fabric dyeing and is not a defect.
Product Details
Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.
Garment measurements are taken by hand and may vary by up to 1 inch from the size chart. This is normal for the manufacturing process and is not a defect. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Pricing and Availability
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, withdraw products, or change product descriptions at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
• Listing a product is an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will inform you before doing so.
• Stock is not guaranteed until dispatched. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel that line item and refund it in full to the original payment method.
Payment
We accept prepaid payment through Razorpay, covering UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and Cash on Delivery where your PIN code is serviceable. Where a prepaid discount is advertised, it applies only to fully prepaid orders and is applied at checkout. It cannot be claimed after the order is placed.
Refusing to accept a Cash on Delivery order at the door causes us to bear the full two-way shipping cost. If an account or phone number is associated with repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery deliveries, we reserve the right to restrict that account to prepaid orders only, or to decline future orders.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a single-use discount code. Unless stated otherwise on the code itself:
• It is valid for six months from the date of issue.
• It can be used on one order only. Any unused balance is forfeited.
• It is non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged, or combined with another discount code or promotional offer.
• It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used to settle a Cash on Delivery amount.
• It cannot be reissued if lost, and expires unused.
Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Exchange Policy. Both form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.
Third Party Links and Services
Orders placed through a third-party app or marketplace are subject to that platform's own policies. For customer service or order queries on such orders, please contact that platform's support team directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss arising from delayed delivery, nor for damage caused by incorrect washing, wear, alteration or misuse of a product after delivery. Please follow the care instructions on the garment label.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, strikes, courier or supplier failure, power outages, or internet and platform outages.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
